But seriously, who knew styling noodles would be so fun. Thanks Sara Remington for the opportunity to do food and props. Love when the vision is cohesive.
My Birthday brunch for 20 of my favorite peope was like a photoshoot, but I got to eat the food too. We kept it simple—with a menu that worked at room temp, easy farmers’ market flowers and paper napkins.
Menu:
Gravlox + baguette + creme fraiche
pancetta + shallot frittata
porcini + thyme frittata
ricotta cake with fresh berries
beet, pistachio, blood orange salad
arugula, feta, Persian cucumber, fennel salad

I styled food and props on this one. (with plenty of help from Mozza chefs) Luckily it’s impossible for Italian food to not look gorgeous.
